Describe the bug
The "API docs" link on this page gives an access denied error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://element.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
Click on 'API Docs'

Expected behavior
It should go to a webpage that contains the API Docs
