HTTP插件更新OpenAPI Schema后，工作流中使用时提示App version not found。只能重新创建一个HTTP插件才能正常使用。

http 插件，如果名字有变更，更新后就不是同一个插件了

更新后就不是同一个插件了

@c121914yu 名字没有变更，只是更改了运行环境的地址，新建一个工作流也不能用该插件；变更名字反而是能正常使用的
