W.rvrn / w.rvrn do not swap at 600+ weight yet #10

The W/w need to swap to a different version above 600 but a designspace build is required for that. Apparently something in the glyphsLib / fontmake synthesis has changed and specifying a default axis value no longer works. So the .rvrn feature is not active yet.
