and
https://github.com/zfcampus/zf-apigility-skeleton/releases/download/1.3.3/zf-apigility-skeleton-1.3.3.tgz

both have classmap-cache in
./apigility/data/cache/module-classmap-cache.application.module.cache.php

causes error after development disabled

I created an issue here as the links (for version 1.3.3) at location

points to the same files

This is a packaging issue. I'll resolve it for the 1.4.1 release; thanks for the report.
