Error failed to locate and extract VM_ID for MyVMName

Hello.
Problem with backing up VMs which were copied from one template VM (I just coppied the full forder with VM, then register it, chose "I Copied it"). At first I decided that the problem with same names of vmx files and same vmdk names. I renamed my VMs with vmkfstools -E and now all vmx and vmdk are unique but I still got that error "failed to locate and extract VM_ID". With others VMs which were created from iso, script works OK. There are no brackets, spaces and so on in the names of problem VMs. Have any suggestions what can I do? Thank you.
