Trigger deploy action after recipe CI

My initial attempt to run the deploy action whenever the recipe ci was successful did not work as intended (#156).

I wonder if I can make deploy.yaml reusable and trigger it from within the recipe CI?
I would also have to remove the explicit CI trigger for the deploy action!
