Status definition

Right now the status can only set a property value. We need also to give the final user the possibility to set a status based on ranges and on pending value.

Here we need to take some time to think if these "advanced" settings make sense, because we also give the possibility to set a personalizad template that could be way more advanced with more custom logics.
