View current officers / team members
View past officers / team members
View committee information like homepage, email
Define officers / team members for next year
Adopt committee informations

In additional "Club/Distrikt" officers that have a committee function should be listed here. For example

DB-MERLO: will be displayed in the MERLO committee
DB-IT: will be displayed in the IT committee

Everything grouped by district level (e.g. DB-IT) and club level (IT)
