Guide to use SPARTA Binauraliser system-wide on Windows

Hi, and thank you for the amazing SPARTA plugins!

This method relies on ASIO loopback and VSTHost. Not the fastest or easiest method, but it works :)
It would be even nicer if SPARTA plugins would work inside Equalizer APO (like ReaPlugs here: https://youtu.be/P26ff5ODRAc?t=170 ), but I am grateful it works as it is :)
