Clean up existing test Webknossos datasets and annotations

Description

We will be keeping our current deployment (https://webknossos.lincbrain.org/) as our production system. Let's plan to clean up the existing test Webknossos datasets and annotations.

Goals

• Archive test Webknossos annotations. (Deletion does not appear to be possible.)
• Delete test Webknossos datasets.
• Rename annotations to follow the BIDS specification.

Based on last week's discussion, we decided to potentially delete the previously added Webknossos datasets so that they can be re-added with the correct naming convention. However, if the corresponding Webknossos annotations also get deleted in this process, then we can leave the Webknossos datasets as is.
