Request to release tag 0.5.1

I was wondering if we could release the tag 0.5.1 into pypi (per these 2 PR that loosens the dill package version)
Loosening Dill Version #110
Propose to release 0.5.1 with loosened dill version

Also, It seems it only supports a very very new version of python (>=3.10)
Is there any chance we can loosen that as well to an older one, say 3.8.10?

Unfortunately we no longer provide support for <3.10. Many new dependencies now require 3.10. Python 3.10 was released almost 2 years ago and we decided to upgrade.

We just released the 0.5.0 on pypi with the two changes: (1) dill>=0.3.1.1 and (2) holidays<0.25.
