Provide an option for custom line reference for a particular pattern

Hi. Thank you for your plugin!

My git hosting uses different line reference, so it might be handy to be able to specify a particular line reference for a particular regex pattern.

Example:

• Github uses anchors such as #L1
• My hosting uses query params ?line=1
