Add "connect to" dialog for remote management

The GUI should indicate we are in remote management mode and show server details in the GUI or on top bar to know where we are connected.

If possible it should be able to change server or select from dropdown list which then allows it to switch servers.

Installed and Verified it works like a charm.Now we don't need to wait in queue for sync server.
