so much time when I train my model

hello ,sir,
I use AFLW dataset to train my own face detection model,I have some questions
1.the time is so long
I use 24384 positive and 12990 negative count
boosting=10
but it cost me more than 30hours,
2.the model I get is too big
../smaples/face.sqlite3 is 74.8KB
but my model is 127MB
