I am wondering if this can be used in android or ios

Although it should build for both, there's a bit of work on the project configuration side, so I didn't get the chance to build & test it.

I will give it a try, i need to build and app with opencv parts. But im not so sure about the licensing with ios; android its okay. I have an scratch back in the days of opencv 2 but now everything is different.

That would be great. The problem with ios is that you had to link statically, which was against LGPL requirements, but I think in newer versions of ios (>7) it's possible.
