The source code and the shaders code are published under the GNU General Public License v3 or above with the following exceptions:

  • Additional permission under GNU GPL version 3 section 7 *

The distributed binaries MUST report the word "UNOFFICIAL" or a specific custom name in the product name or description (even inside the executable). It's preferrable that this custom name is replicated inside the distributed source code.

The distributor MUST state that the official channels cannot be used for unofficial versions.

Binaries of the program CANNOT be sold. Earning money indirectly, like Donations or Nexusmods donation points are allowed. Patreon is allowed for early access, provided that every released EA build, the corrisponding sourcecode is provided.
