I would really love to see the Apache Log (and possibly error) parser from https://codereview.appspot.com/76230045/ brought to life again.

If the status of the original code by Marc Séguin allows this and there is a branch I can checkout I might have a look for an updated PR.

A Change Request (PR) would be useful but please have a look at https://github.com/log2timeline/plaso/wiki/Developers-Guide since we are not fully using the github process, for reasons mentioned on the wiki page.

@rhaist apache log parser was added in #2106. For additional feature request (FR) or changes to the apache log parser I recommend creating a new FR.

Closing this issue, in favor of newly created issues.
