As public authority user, I want to access sensitive data through the GeoAPI, so that I can do my work.
As FinBIF admin, I want that all sensitive data use is authenticated and logged, so that all agreements are followed.
As FinBIF admin, I want that sensitive data users understand who they can use and store the data, so that all agreements are followed.
