Observations cannot be added to map near existing observations

This feels like new behavior: adding observations on map on top of existing icons doesn't work. The map does not react on long press and show the "+Havainto" button. See comment.

Also, observation cannot be edited by pressing the icon. You have to press under the icon.

Guess: the icon is overlaid on the map so the map doesn't receive a touch/tap event?
