Cumul.io Plugin reference implementations for:
- Citybik.es - bike sharing visualization
- MongoDB - NoSQL data store connection
- Elasticsearch - Schema-free search engine
- Asana - web service integration via OAuth2
- sql/postgres - Although we have connectors to many SQL databases, in case we don't have yours or there are others reasons to build it yourself, this plugin can serve as an example.
- Oct 2023 WARNING The SQL plugins have been updated to allow upper and lower case column names. This is a breaking change and will cause existing Cumul.io datasets to no longer query correctly.
The actual plugin implementation can be found in the index.js
file. A small webserver with some boilerplate configuration is included in webserver.js
.
To run a plugin, register it via Cumul.io > Profile > Plugins and copy the plugin secret to the .env environment variable file.
