Emit sound when changing volume

Enhancement request:

Can pavucontrol-qt emit sounds when changing the volume just like pavucontrol?

This is the best way to check volume levels

I could not compile to check if this is working, but i also did not found any commit related.

it's not that hard to do, to avoid having to add more dependencies I plan on just embedding a simple wav file, which is trivial to parse, and feed it directly to pulsaudio: sandsmark@265a857

Not sure when I have time to finish it up though.

forgot to mention it here, but I finished it up, so it's back in https://github.com/sandsmark/pavucontrol-qt

lxqt didn't want all my changes though and closed my PR, but someone could probably try to cherry-pick out the patches into a separate PR.
