Backend fixes needed. @kaliif please document in this thread what fixes are needed

@kaliif is working on the fixes now and will aim to deploy today

@kaliif Fixes deployed as b/e 2024.11.1-1 and stack 2024.11.2 but the request to https://fragalysis.diamond.ac.uk/media/target_loader_data/A71EV2A_3/upload_1/aligned_files/A71EV2A-x0207/A71EV2A-x0207_A_151_1_A71EV2A-x0526%2BA%2B147%2B1_apo.pdb still 404's and data is not visible

@kaliif has run the fix and the production data is now healthy again. The code still needs to be merged to staging despite being in production
