Create client package

Story

• Currently the media client (generated client from media.openAPI.yaml by openapi-generator-cli to be used by the media api consumers), the media client is generated in different repository which is less maintainable. As a client/user I want to generate the client in the same repo here and to apply its CI/CD workflows to make it get updated whenever the openAPI is updated.

• whenever the media openAPI is updated, the npm package is upgraded with the new updates automatically.
