const cliArgs = {
  options: [
    ['--arg1', '--a1'],
    ['--arg2', '--a2'],
  ],
}

turns into:

const cliArgs = {
  options: [
    ['arg1', 'a1'],
    ['arg2', 'a2'],
  ],
}

same for help, default, required etc
