It's not clear from the two options given to upload content, "Upload Directory" and "Upload File", that they will overwrite each other. At first I selected just an index.html file to upload, then tried to upload directory, and discovered that the Web Hosting Manager replaced the files in the root directory with the files within the directory I uploaded. I would have expected the selected directory itself to be uploaded within the root directory. I also got a generic "file already exists" message because the subdirectory also contained a file named "index.html." It was unclear whether this error message meant that the original index.html was retained or whether it had been overwritten with the index.html from the subdirectory.
