首要任务是写一个清晰的README.md

因为点击wiki这个repo，最先看见的就是README.md

除了 README 以外，能否在”如何建立一个翻译项目“的 Wiki 页面写出建立项目的方式呢？

只需要拿一个已有项目作示例，写出从无到有执行的主要 shell 命令，这样能够规范化项目的建立流程，让阅读者一目了然。
