Authentication

Evey module and plugin supports the following parameters for authentication and communication with your nextcloud instance.

  module_defaults:

      host: localhost
      user: ansible
      api_token: nextcloud_collection
      ssl_mode: skip

However, host, user and api_token can also be set via ENV variable.

ssl_mode

ssl_mode parameters default value is https.

• Possible values https, http, skip (skips ssl verification)

Modules

• file - download, upload and delete files
• talk - post messages in conversations
• user - maintain nextcloud users
• password - create, update and delete passwords
• password_info - read-out passwords details

lookup plugins

• password - read-out passwords
