本地应用有新版本时自动升级 #87

安装的本地应用，如果出现了新的版本时最好能自动升级或者应用商店中能提示也行
否则按照软件的提示一般进入的是厂商的官网，这些包下载下来还安装不了

如果修改的话能提供一些简要的指导说明，可以自己动手增加这个功能也可以。
