Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable the Anonymous user
  2. log in as anonymous
  3. view Dashboard >> Dashboard report
  4. view Visitors >> Visits log
  5. notice that the country flag is displayed in only 3 not 4

What happens
The country flag is displayed in only 3, not 4

What I expect to happen
Make it consistent. Either display in both or neither. I recommend to display in neither if it is up to me. Why: because this is anonymous view - keep it private, for the same reasons you don't display IP address in the Visits Log for anonymous users
