Feature Description

check if current mount options of given path meet requirement

usage: 
check/ck_mnt_opt.sh <path> <mount_options>, where,
path: e.g. /data/
mount_options: rw,noatime,nodiratime

example:
check/ck_mnt_opt.sh /data/ rw,noatime,nodiratime

output:
return 0: every current mount option is in given mount optin list
return 1: at least one mount option is not in given mount option list, or invalid usage
