check/ck_kysec: check if kysec mode is given value (for kylin os)

usage: 
check/ck_kysec.sh <mode>, where,
mode: normal|softmode|...

example:
check/ck_kysec.sh softmode

output:
return 0: if matches
return 1: otherwise

Feature Implementation

command: getstatus
check on item: kysec status
