Support programmatic Vyper 0.4.0 modules verification

Related to NomicFoundation/hardhat#5477 and NomicFoundation/hardhat#5479. Once NomicFoundation/hardhat#5479 is implemented it should be possible to verify Vyper contracts with module imports (either from the working directory or sys.path) on the ZKsync explorer. It would be great if you could look into this and ship the same functionality for https://explorer.zksync.io. I push Etherscan to ship this functionality for https://era.zksync.network as well, but please also tell them :)
