Error with report email functionality on disco.camh.ca #8

I am not able to download the final report using the web application (https://disco.camh.ca/).
The following error is reported:

Maybe Github is not the best place to report bugs but I didn't find a way inside the website.

The report can be downloaded by choosing the "Report" execution method, and not selecting "Use Email". Thank you for identifying the issue with the email functionality, which would need a fix to fully resolve the issue.
