One of the purposes of this tool is taking decisions. Another is to collect anonymous data by doing small surveys.

Even a decision might have multiple questions in it, which at the moment is not possible.

Acceptance Criteria:

It is possible to add 1-n questions to the poll.
The user gets an error message, if he leaves a question unanswered.
The results of all 1-n questions will be seen in the poll summary.
