Compatibility with the existing jQuery methods, $().formalizeData() and $.formalizeFormat, is
maintained. Syntax for non-jQuery use:
var form = document.getElementById("form");
var data = new formalizeData(form [, options]);
data.formalizeFormat("custom", function);
Test coverage has been extended to both jQuery and non-jQuery methods of use.
