autocreation of the folder that the DB's reside in #151

at the moment when I have

# Path to app database. Default is ./me_meta.db.
export APP_DATABASE_HOST=.data/me_meta.db

# Path to analytics database. Default is ./me_analytics.db.
export ANALYTICS_DATABASE_HOST=.data/me_analytics.db

the .data folder does not get created if it does not exist.

Might be useful to auto create this.
