add a script to test click track

We use a Schmitt trigger circuit (https://github.com/melizalab/audio-sync-circuit) to convert the line-level clicks to TTL pulses. This requires manual adjustment of the trigger threshold, so it would be useful to have a script that just emits regular pulses on this channel.
