Initial scaffolding for a docs deployment, this just has the EDK reference docs. I'll send along the tutorial and additional content in a separate PR.
Config is based/stolen from the SDK. Only real change currently is that this uses a pure SVG logo rather than the SVG + CSS franken-logo.
