问题描述

我是安装在N1 OpenWrt上。
之前在Windows上用RaiDrive映射本地硬盘没问题。在电视上用Kodi挂载播放也没问题。
但昨天在群晖的CloudSync里面链接webdav同步电影到本地。一开始默认的同时下载3个文件，下了一晚上没问题。但早上改成了同时下载6个后一会儿便遇上了 429 Too Many Requests。之后重启猫也没用。然后Windows上阿里云盘客户端都没法再下载任何东西。RaiDrive映射本地硬盘后进去无法播放电影，或者说无法打开任何文件，反馈RPC错误，但目录可以打开。同时Windows客户端和ios客户端都可以播放视频。

重现步骤

群晖CloudSync同步数量改成6个后一会儿便遇上了这个问题。
之后无法再下载。

后来发现这应该是阿里设置的一个下载限制。
上次发生后过了一天又可以满速下载。而后再次被限制，然后又过了一天再恢复。
观察下来应该是对一段时间内下载总量有限制。达到这个量后完全中断http下载。

遇到同样的问题。但是我今天一天都没有用HTTP下载过。
阿里玩不起了？？

可能有各种各样的限制。
今天同时下载数从3调整为4以后，几分钟内就被断了下载。

冲完会员以后确实失败了一次，我就删除了原来的链接，然后重新建立Webdav链接，目前还可以使用。获取 Outlook for iOS<https://aka.ms/o0ukef>

刚看了下，网页下载用IDM没问题，网速可以跑满(300M)；群晖docker下载提示错误，删除Webdav重新建立链接，还是提示download file failed url=error: relative URL without a base 获取 Outlook for iOS<https://aka.ms/o0ukef>

我们貌似不是一个错误，
我感觉是我这个账号被限制了，都没有客服的入口，只能提工单，都不知道啥时能回复。\裂开
