Use the latest DBDefs.pm file #79

We should use the version of DBDefs.pm that is pulled down during the image build step and update it to have the correct values. This will prevent DBDefs.pm from getting out of sync.

Another option is to add an m4 template to docker/templates @ musicbrainz-server generate musicbrainz-dockerfile/Dockerfile. This Dockerfile can be updated on MusicBrainz server release.
