why I can't choose the camera after pressing the file chooser button

Hi, I try to ask here because I cannot find a solution by myself.
I set ASWP_CAMUPLOAD to true and the input file field has the attribute accept="/", but if I tap on the browse button I can only see the gallery and all the other directories to choose an already taken picture or video.
I wasn't able to find how to have also the camera button.
What I'm missing?
