When I run WSL-DistroLauncher I get the following error:

         C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Community\MSBuild\Microsoft\VisualStudio\v17.0\AppxPackage\Microsoft.Ap
       pXPackage.Targets(5404,5): error APPX1204: Failed to sign 'D:\GitHub\athena-wsl-launcher\AppPackages\DistroLauncher-App
       x\DistroLauncher-Appx_1.0.7.0_Test\DistroLauncher-Appx_1.0.7.0_x64.appxbundle'. SignTool Error: An unexpected internal
       error has occurred. [D:\GitHub\WSL-DistroLauncher\DistroLauncher-Appx\DistroLauncher-Appx.vcxproj]

How can I investigate or solve it?

I am using Windows 11: verson 10.0.22631.3593
