I first found out about these labs back in 2021 and I really enjoyed them. I recently shared them with a few of my colleagues but they were having issues with the generator, which I was able to reproduce. See below for instructions:
I was attempting to generate the project using the Azure DevOps Demo Generator but when trying to generate it, the progress displays for a few seconds and then says: “Congratulations! Your project is successfully provisioned.” Despite there not actually being any project generated. I know that this is incorrect as several years ago, the generation would take much longer and the project would be there once it’s finished.
I really enjoy these labs and I hope this can be corrected soon. They are an excellent way to learn how to use Azure DevOps.
Thank you so much!

I had a similar issue when I tried to use Demo Generator. What fixed it for me was: go to Organization Settings > Security > Policies, then enable "Third-party application access via OAuth".
(This is in addition to enabling classic build/release pipelines as they advise you to)
I originally attempted to send this to [email protected] but my email was bounced back so I'm pasting my email here
I have some feedback about the Agile Planning and Portfolio Management with Azure Boards page: https://azuredevopslabs.com/labs/azuredevops/agile/#
