NixOS Instructions are needed

Hi I should probably know how to do this, however I still think that there should be instructions on how to install this on NixOS. Given that BizHawks DLL folder is within the Nix Store and is read only. Could probably come up with a solution using overlays, but I have yet to grasp the concept.

I tried to install NixOS myself earlier today in order to try it out for myself, but unfortunately it did not add itself to GRUB. I might try again later at some point, or maybe someone has an idea on why this happens, or maybe someone can contribute a way to package this project for NixOS.
