Remove unnecessary information from the git history

To the best of my understanding, and according to some yarn start warnings I get, there are several specified information that are not used by the project. As of right now,

• some src/components aren't used, so can we remove them?
• package.json: how were the version specifiers selected? Are those really relevant for this project? (or was it copied from another project)
• yarn.lock: same question here as I would find it strange that we use the 12k lines of this file 💀

I don't have the yarn/node.js expertise to answer those. When you have time @AbdelfattahSekak, it would be nice to have your feedback on this 🙏
