As a AP UI user
I need/want/expect to have links to relevant guidance
So that I can easily get help help using Quicksight

Value / Purpose

Make it easier for users to learn how to use Quicksight. This should reduce the number of users that come to us for guidance.

• Draft text with links to guidance included
• Agree the text and links within the team (suggest confirming with Richard Trist)
• Implement the changes in the AP UI codebase
• Deploy the changes and test them in the development environment
