"make html" fails #99

Attempting to build docs.

$ make html
sphinx-build -b html -d _build/doctrees   . _build/html
Running Sphinx v1.3.6
loading pickled environment... done

Theme error:
no theme named 'flask_small' found (missing theme.conf?)
Makefile:34: recipe for target 'html' failed
make: *** [html] Error 1

Hopefully, I'm just dense.
