BUG: miroir-store-filesystem creates storage space for model entities in Miroir "model" section

[miroir-framework]

Only storage space for metamodel entities shall exist in miroir_model section.

To reproduce:

• delete tests/tmp in miroir-standalone-app
• run PersistenceStoreController tests for filesystem:

VITE_MIROIR_TEST_CONFIG_FILENAME=./packages/miroir-standalone-app/tests/miroirConfig.test-emulatedServer-filesystem VITE_MIROIR_LOG_CONFIG_FILENAME=./packages/miroir-standalone-app/tests/specificLoggersConfig_DomainController_debug npm run test -w miroir-standalone-app -- PersistenceStoreController

• see that in tests/tmp/miroir_model directory, storage-space for model entities are found, in addition to the Meta-entities (Entity and EntityDefinition)
  

• additionally the miroir-admin is empty (maybe this is normal, as miroir-admin may not be considered in during testing, in which case this could lead to the creation of another issue)
