Docker build!

Looks super cool, and would love to be able to deploy this in the HSPC reference Health Services Platform (HSP), which requires builds to be in version-tagged Docker containers. Would it be possible for someone to:

1. Tag (in Git) whatever the most recent stable commit is.
2. Add a quick Dockerfile to run the fat jar as you see fit. (Should be super easy)
3. Push a container image to Docker Hub with the same version tag?

This will allow folks to get this distributed much easier. Thank you!

I added a v1.0 tag. I don't currently have the cycles to add a Docker file but I'd be happy to entertain a pull request...

Let me see if I can do that real quick.. I'll use v1.0.0 though to assume semantic versioning for Docker release builds.
