Buffer link origins

@mjwybrow Is there an option that allows you to space the originating/terminating position for a link?

E.g.

For node 10, I'd like those links to be automatically spaced further apart across more of the box's real estate. I've tried idealNudgingDistance with no improvement.

Additionally, when a node has many links that bleed over the boundaries of the box, does Adaptagrams have an option for automatically resizing the box?
